Super Intensive Olive Farm | Organic Farms marginalization | Organic Farms pattern

The olive oil forensic group tends to continue the investigation of the ecological crime caused by the expansion of the olive oil industry in Alentejo, Portugal. The framework of the group is Farm to the table, table to farm. It is the index of farmland shift, intensive cultivation, and violated migrated labor helmed by the Monoculture: Economic growth. In this booklet, the research material integrates a series of analytic research materials and multimedia collected during the field trip and is designated to parallelly embody our view as researchers and the muted voice from the locals.
